Erin Sicker serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation for New Education Initiatives, Inc. (FNEI), and supports the Miami-Dade County Public Schools in creating and strengthening strategic partnerships with South Florida’s diverse philanthropic community. Starting as an Academic Year Intern, Camilo has grown into an invaluable member of FNEI. With a passion and talent for numbers, he has adapted and learned to handle a wide range of responsibilities. Holding an A.A. in Mathematics from Miami Dade College and a B.A. in Mathematical Sciences from Florida International University, Camilo has gained extensive knowledge in the business and accounting aspects of a foundation like FNEI. Dale Chapman Webb grew up in Miami (almost a native)! and has been actively engaged in the community both professionally and personally. Dale is a past President of the Junior League of Miami and has served on the Board of Mosaic and currently serves on the Board of Chapman Partnership. Professionally, Dale served as Vice President of University Advancement at Florida International University and served as Vice President of Development at the National Young Arts Foundation. She has been a strong advocate and supporter of public education and is very happy to join the team at the Foundation for New Education Initiatives serving the Miami Dade County Public School District.
